I have a friend and there is a possibility that we can be more than just friends but at the moment its just on a friendship level. I want to give him a present bcos i'll be seeing him after ages, but i don't want it to be something too obvious or too small. Any suggestions?

My sister and I live in different states and meet up at least once a week to play Literati (Scrabble) online. Are there any other good games out there we could play together that are free ? We have played games in Yahoo ! and Games.com, but I am sure there are lots of others out there that we are unaware of. We used to love Rock n Roll Jeopardy, but they took that off.

Does this annoy anyone else? My sister in law is a good example. Her daughter is a month younger than my oldest and still isn't potty trained. My oldest has been potty trained since she was 2 and she'll be 3 in April. This same sister in law actually tries to tell me how I can get my daughter to stop having occassional accidents. WTH? Do any of the rest of you want to just tell people to parent their own kids sometimes? It's like those parents whose kids are running all over the store acting like brats that glare at you if you tell your child that they can't have a toy. It drives me insane!!!

Hi, I have a Green Cheek conure I purchased in October, he was born in May so he's still a little young. Now the problem I have with him, is when I was visiting him at the bird store while he was on layaway, he was fine I could handle him, he was sweet, he never bit. Now I brought him home the end of October, he attached himself to my husband and bites me every time I try to take him out to play or when my husband hands him to me. He lets me snuggle with him (he likes to lay on your stomach on his back), but as sson as I actually go to handle him, he bites and goes back to my husband. Any tips on getting him to like me like he did at the bird store? Or is he going to be a one person bird?

Why is it that so many call each other simple-minded, idiots, morons, etc... and insinuate they are more intelligent, yet they only hang out and question simple-minded, idiotic people? In my lowly opinion, this doesn't seem to be very intelligent nor stable. It's like the old joke that a person hangs out with ugly people in order to APPEAR better looking than they really are.
