Either a bonus would be good or maybe just take everyone out for dinner?

Since u only have 5 of them I would take what you know about each one of them and use it! I also have 6 and what I did is one loves to collect eagles and wolves so I got her a ceramic eagle. One is a big jokester so I got her a a pair of fuzzy slippers with gorillas on them! One loves Toby Keith so I got her a look alike Toby straw hat. and one is quite the sex talker so i got her a male calendar. When there are just a few its alot easier to personalize gifts to what they really like. Others if there are ALOT of employees like 30 or 40 plus then just gift cards so it all stays even and shows no favoritism. But take a little of each ones personality and use it! If they love purple- get them a pair of comphy purple jammies! If they love to joke around- gorilla slippers. If they r quiet and like to read- a book or scented candles. So far this christmas season we have gotten a party, mega bonuses, 50 gift certificate to gift shop in town, .. me and the fellow ladies in the office are currently waiting on our 50 dollar victoria's secret cards we get every year and our 50 dollar dillard cards.. we usually get them the day before we leave for the holidays, plus all next week we get a paid vacation.. plus with our regular vacation,,, it is really nice, but i work for a very good company the owners are really down to earth and generous

The best thing to get an employee is something that they can use or share.Do they write a lot?Then a pen set,or planner.If not that type of work, a box of chocolates,baskets with- mugs,teas,hot sauces,or pop corns.To make it generic--a gift card,everyone can use the card.

Give them a bonus,everyone can use extra money this time of year and also an extra day off of work with pay would be nice

Get plastered drunk and let them laugh at you! Best gift an employer can give! Then get them plastered themselves and everyone stay in a lovely posh hotel where everyone can laugh at the group of ye! BEST CHRISTMAS EVER!

I'm getting my team mates a big platter of assorted pound cakes. I work with salesmen and they do nothing but eat. So i figured they would like to come in friday morning to find food.
