Why do you think people deny the Holocaust done on Jewish people and African Middle Passage deaths?

What about human kind leads us to deny or close our eyes to these Genocides?

I believe its manipulated teachings. School systems abroad limit subject matter on certain events and totally fabricate events. This is an effort to create a uniformed evil society and a generation of people that will die for their cause in some places.
I believe denial in some places is just pure shame and easier to think of their people with greatness without the acknowledgement that their culture was involved in something so horrific. Just my 2 cents...
