I have chronic leg pain and sometimes a bath as hot as I can stand the water helps out.

Hey, I experienced the same problem when I first started working out again. It will last about 2 or 3 days, but the more you workout it will get better. DO NOT workout constantly, then stop for a long period of time & then start back; if you do, you'll just go through the same thing over again. I would normally just take hot showers & soak in the bathtub for a while. It will feel like it's not doing any good, but it's helping your joints & muscles. Also, if you have the money to spend, deep tissue massages are very helpful. Hope this works.....

no pain, no gain.... just get back in there and everything will loosen up. Use moist heat, such as hot damp towels to the area for minor relief. The pain won't be completely gone until you are toned to the type of exercises you are doing at the gym.

You're not the only one whose legs hurt. I had to get up at 3:30am bc they were hurting so bad. I just stretched them and walked around a bit and took a pain pill????? But i have chronic back pain and i am about to have a total hip replacement so that's my problem. I'm having the groin pain too and when i lay in bed it only gets worse!!!!!!!!! So don't go back to bed. I would try soaking in a hot bath with some epson salt..............it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck
