Well, this question is very vague. For one thing, what kind of signal are we dealing with here and also what kind of application? I am gonna assume you mean electronically and speak of of course transmitting voice, data, and video. In which case the best option is to set up a LAN (Local Area Network) between the computers in each room. You can also use a wireless network connection using a central feed and connect them together. U can also use your telephone. I mean the details of each of these procedures are easily found by Googleing them. For instance to know how to set up a LAN , simply google the following phrase "How to set up LAN," and so on and so forth. Good luck =]
