Alright, I'm hard up and I neeeeeeed to lose a decent amount of weight, within a few months. Now, I know that losing a lot of weight in a short time isnt too great for you, and I know the chances of me gaining it all back are probably huge. But after I drop a decent amount of weight in a short time I plan on going on a normal diet, so I got it worked out. Anybody have ways to lose a lot of weight in a short time? (exercise routines, diets, pills, anything)
