Banana's yes are a good thing to eat. But don't gorge on them as they do cause constapation :0. As for tuna, its a fish and so long as its not drowning in an oil of some sort I say go for it. As for the cranberry sauce, I don't remember to well but I recall that its not all that good for you!

It depends on the kind of diet you are on!If you are on a low calorie diet, bananas isnt the best fruit u could eat, because they have more calories than other fruit and additionally have sachars!
Actually, one banana is equal to 2 fruit..according to my diet i have to eat five fruit per day, but if I eat a banana i have to eat 4 then totally
