Wow, where to start? First off, i hope you're kidding.
Right, atheism comes from the greek theus meaning "god" coupled with a privative "a" causing it to mean "no god". So, an atheist is a person with no god. So, if Darwin were a god to atheists, they would no longer be atheists.
Not all Buddhists consider Buddha to be a god. There is a branch of buddhism that considers him and various others to have a godly status, but, as I understand it, most see him as a role model, an exemplar of the kind of person one has to be to reach enlightenment.

Buddha isn't a God to Buddhists and Atheists don't have a God at all, which is the definition of Atheism.

Darwin is not a god to atheists, nor is Buddha technically a god. They were both people. Darwin, as a matter of fact, was a Christian.

No, and he is not even something like a "prophet". He was just a scientist who had a good idea and was the first who wrote it in a book, but the reason that the theory of evolution is accepted nowadays by every serious scientist is not that people "follow Darwin", but because there is overwhelming evidence for evolution and many other scientists after Darwin contributed something to that.
Also it is not true that everyone who accepts the theory of evolution is an atheist. There are many religious people who are smart and honest enough to admit that there is evolution.

What?! No, he's not a God. He was simply a great and brilliant man, to atheists, non-atheists and generally, the world of science.
He was as much a god as Leonardo DA Vinci, Thomas Edison or Albert Einstein. None of them were gods, but they all had brilliant thinking minds.

Well seeing as how not all atheists believe in Evolution... I'd have to say NO.
To the ones to do believe, he's just an extremely intelligent man not a god.

That is a very silly question. Darwin was a scientist. If you are asking about Darwin then why not ask about Newton? I'm guessing you are a supporter of creationism.
