Alright, I'm hard up and I neeeeeeed to lose a decent amount of weight, within a few months. Now, I know that losing a lot of weight in a short time isnt too great for you, and I know the chances of me gaining it all back are probably huge. But after I drop a decent amount of weight in a short time I plan on going on a normal diet, so I got it worked out. Anybody have ways to lose a lot of weight in a short time? (exercise routines, diets, pills, anything)

Dont do the diet pills thing they will make u sick.Stock up on Lasik soy chocolate milk and Lean Cuisne meals they are only 240 cals per meal and they are perfectly portioned.Cut out all sugary foods soda etc.Every time u get hungry go look in the mirror at your tummy in a bthing suit trust me you wont eat.I lost 14 pounds doing this in the last 3 weeks i went from 133 pounds to 119.Lastly drink lots of water and exercise about 30mins every day.

I DON'T KNOW IF YOU CAN LOSE 10 IBS IN two WEEKS, BUT POSSIBLY IN three. IF YOU EAT LESS THAN 60 GRAMS OF CARBS PER DAY AND EXERCISE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK YOU CAN LOSE UP TO five LBS PER WEEK. CARBS LIKE RICE, WHITE BREAD, BREADED, FRIED FOODS, FRENCH FRIES, POTATOES AND SWEETS ARE WHAT MAKE YOUR BODY HOLD ONTO WEIGHT. SO STOP EATING THOSE FOODS AND YOUR BODY WILL RELEASE THE WEIGHT. JUST MAKE SURE YOU EAT three MEALS A DAY AND UP TO two SNACKS A DAY AND THE WEIGHT WILL COME OFF. CARDIO, TREADMILL, SWIMMING, SKI MACHINE, DANCING, WEIGHT TRAINING ARE ALL GREAT FORMS OF EXERCISE.
