I've been reading you should do between 30-60 minutes of cardio at least 4 days a week. I read somewhere that it's actually better to break it up throughout the day. Which way will burn more calories and help with weight loss? I'm so confused everytime I read an article it tells me to do things one way then a few days later I'll find a different article that totally contradicts it....how is a person to know which way is the most effective...does anyone else experience this problem????

Since August I have undergone several episodes where I have pain in the joints of knee and hips and run a fever between 99.5-100 F

When it first began, it was only my left hip and knee. I took advil for two days and it went away. Then a month later it occurred again, this time the pain was severe and again only in my left hip and knee. I was seen by a doctor who gave me daypro and sent me home. It worked for another few weeks. Then I had something else develop facial pain, this brought me to the ER where blood tests were run. My platelets were 65, the doctor diagnosed me with something called Tic Delereaux (sp?). He put me on Tegretol and Prednisone. The treatment worked wonderfully and I had no pain anywhere. I finished the Prednisone last week.

Then suddenly Sunday morning I woke up with bilateral knee, hip and Right shoulder pain. The pain in the shoulder is kind of weird location it is around the clavicle area. Again I have fever.

I'm interested in learning Russian but after studying the Cyrillic alphabet I've noticed there is no equivalent letter for the english "J". (at least I don't think there is). I know there has to be an accepted spelling for "joseph" seeing that Joseph Stalin once ruled that country.

PLEASE HELP!!! I'm brooding and planning to ramble, but don't know what music to listen to.

I'm in a bit of a brooding mood right now, and I'm not sure what music I should be listening to in order to properly reflect that.

I've been listening to the 2-CD Absolute Best of the Doors nonstop for a few hours. I feel pretty brooding, but I'm wondering if I should add something else to my playlist or if this is as brooding as I can get.

Later this week I plan to do some rambling, and I'm not sure what tunes I should play. Right now my rambling music is going to be the Rolling Stones... but I can't help but think there's got to be better rambling music than that.

I like to know if it ok to say , Why not have a crowd of audiences of minorities like Native Am. Indians, Black, Mexican, Japanese and etc. I know that I see on your show is alot of white working people but hardly any minorities. I'm pretty ignorant on a lot of vegan beliefs. All I've heard/know is that vegans don't consume and/or use any kind of animal product. However, humans are technically animals aren't we? If they can't/won't drink cow's/goat's/sheep's milk does "people" milk go into that category as well?
