If you have some important news and you want to quickly inform all of your MySpace friends about it, you can post a bulletin. Only the people on your friend list will be able to read your bulletin.
To post a bulletin, go to the “My Mail” box on the left of your home page and click “post bulletin.” The “Post Bulletin” page appears, allowing you to enter a subject and your bulletin. Click the “Post” button when your bulletin is complete. The “Confirm Bulletin” page appears, letting you review your bulletin before you actually send it out. Click “Post Bulletin” to send the bulletin to all of your friends.
Bulletins are another reason to select carefully who is on your friend list. If you’ve allowed people whom you don’t really know to be on your friend list, then to be safe you need to be extra careful about what you post in a bulletin.

On the left column of your home page is a link to post a bulletin. It's in the same square as the Inbox, Friend Requests and Sent. It's the "My Mail" box.

From your home page on myspace, under your picture: Middle of the page on the left..."post bulletin"

login into ur myspace and goto ur home page. on the right side where it says My Space Bulletin, underneath it will say POst Bulletin, thats how u do it. Let me know if need more help.

Go to your homepage on MySpace and click "Post Bulletin" - it's a link just under your photo.

When on your your myspace home page, there is a box titled 'my mail.' There are 4 options to click on. One of which says 'post bulletin.' Just click on there, or double click depending on your mouse and hey presto!

Go to "Home" then scroll down and it's in the "My Mail" box on the left bottom, next to "Sent" under "Friend Requests" it says "Post Bulletin".

It's under the MyMail box - you have your inbox, sent items, friend requests and Post Bulletin.

just click on post bulletin when you scroll down you will see all the bulletins posted and right above it will be the link to creating your own

when you log in and are on your home page, on the left hand side you will see some blue boxes and one of them will say post bulletin. Click on this and type what you want to say and submit it!
