okay here is the deal. i'm 41 years old 6ft 4in 285 lbs. 38inch waist 44 inch chest. I DONT WANT TO BE THIS BIG. i have tried every diet known to mankind, i have tried all the workouts, i want to get down to about 220 lbs 32 inch waist. as of december 1, i began my "newest workout routine". i work out 11 times a week, every morning and 4 nights a week i am on a tread mill at 4.0 miles/hour at 11% incline for 60 minutes (treadmill says i lose 1200 calories everytime). i have tried light weights in the past but my weight goes up huge. lazy i am not !! during the day i snack on fruits (apples/oranges) and veggies (bag of carrots on my desk) and soup broth. dinners are usually salad (lite dressing) with cut up chicken breast. so can anyone tell me why i am not losing any weight? yes i know i am biulding muscle and muscle weights more but why arent i shrinking? i drink about a liter of water everyday but nothing is happening. any help would be appreciated
