So I was watching a La Liga game and I heard that Ronaldo lost something like 5kg, which is about 11lbs. I agreed that he was a little thick before, but alot of players are about his size. Anyway, i don't think it's having much of an effect because he wasn't exactly brillant in that Game. So do you think it was effctive.

They should be carefull with this. What if he develops manorexia.

Alot of people saying there is no such thing Manorexia. In reality there isn't. That is just a name they use in hollywood to describe a situation when a man develops anorexia, which is very uncommon.

They use it all the time on E news.

First of all, there's no such thing as manorexia. I don't know maybe it was a typo or whatever. The right word is Anorexia.

Well, he has a great technique so i wouldn't doubt that he'll get better. Even though it doesn't seem to help, it does help him. In leagues like La Liga players are asked to have more stamina every time and if you're kind of fat that isn't going to help much, plus he's a foward and he needs to be fast.

Yes "o gordinho" lost some weight. Basically he is done and no matter how much weight he loses he will never be playing at the same level as when he was good. The guy is on the way down as a footballer at this point in his career.

i believe it's help...at least you can run more easily and breath freely LOL

i thought his life style that made him over weight...i mean come on, you're football player that almost run everyday and exercise everyday...how come you could be over weight??

Ronaldo had drown in his own mistake...now he have to do a lot of work to get back on his top form...

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

11lbs is nothing for big guys like Ronaldhino, it would be like 1lb for me. There would be no way for a Football player to be anorexic, they need all the calories they can get to be able to play such a demanding sport, if not they'd be falling like dead flies.
