Well all I know is the rumors that are out there, it has been announced on Sherdog and MMAweekly, etc.
His contract with Pride was up (I actually thought he was going to retire and just do the Croation Parliment thing), and UFC is supposedly going to offer big money. I don't want to say Pride is on a sinking ship, but Fedor is doing a fight for Bodog in Russia, and he doesn't have long on his contract either, so rumor is he may go as well.
But basically from what I hear, Yes CroCop has decided on the UFC, (reasons unknown other than his contract being up).

Right now its just a rumor. But Mirko's camp had expressed that mirko is happy to fight in the UFC. If he goes he'll mop up the competition in the UFC heavy weight division.
BTW heath herring is under the UFC as of right now!

I read about that on mmaweekly.com, his pride contract is almost through, and he wasnt going to be able to fight Fedor for a long time, and Mirko does not want to wait that long. So he is deciding on joining the UFC, plus the UFC is offering him a great deal too.

Its a rumor, but most inside sources say its for real, and will be announced on December 30 during the UFC PPV. Of course they said the samething about Rampage when he left Pride. So who really knows? On the brightside we should see Rampage in the UFC soon since UFC bought WFA, and Rampage was fighting for WFA.

his contract with pride ended, so he is free to fight with who ever he wants.
