After my mother's ( in her early 50s) first appointment with an acupuncturist she came home looking like she "had something done."

Her color was so vibrant and her skin seemed firmer and had a more youthful, plumper appearance.

It really was an incredible difference for my mom. Not everyone has the desired results from acupuncture for whatever reason they see an acupuncturist. Results truly do vary.

You really have nothing to lose.

There are acupuncturists who have left a health practice who now cater to cosmetic concerns with much success.

If you go to a health food store, preferably a small shop with very knowledgeable staff, they could help you find some supplements. numerous companies have supplements targeting hair, skin, and nails that would be good to try.

I even have maximum of thoughts. this is notably humorous whilst somebody tells me i'm too youthful to endure in ideas this or that, and it seems i'm relatively older than him/her. in spite of the undeniable fact that....that suggested...I even tend to characteristic that to a mix of sunlight avoidance and genetics. My mom, to illustrate, is eighty 4, yet i do no longer think of she's ever been guessed to be older than her 60's. My sister kicked the bucket whilst she grow to be 40 3. yet I endure in ideas her being carded, suitable up till her early 40's. Myself, I even have worn sunscreen on a daily basis, via fact that i grow to be approximately 20. i'm additionally very common (easy dermis, organic blond, green eyes), so i've got consistently had to stay out of the sunlight or uncovered dermis immediately burns, my eyes water, and that i'll at last get a headache. "The sunlight," I say, "isn't my chum." because it pertains to being vegan, i've got in easy terms ever suggested that it, a minimum of, would not seem to be hurting me. heavily.... i'm wonderful with my age or perhaps looking my age. i'm no longer "attempting" to look youthful. in spite of the undeniable fact that it is easy for individuals to presume that i'm as much as twenty-25 years youthful than i'm. I strongly advise sunscreen...on a daily basis...rain or shine.
