Whenever I take a nap during the day, I always wake up really nauseated. This has been happening for years. I tend to get very car sick very easily, so I am not sure if this is related. Does anyone else do this?

You may be slightly dehydrated or have low blood sugar when you wake up.
Tips for nausea: avoid greasy foods, eat six small meals per day, eat dry crackers or toast, try sipping on warm water

I have a problem with getting motion sick- which is why I can't ride most amusement park rides. It may or may not be related.

Have you been checked for various stomach problems?

One thing I make for my husband when his stomach is acting up badly is tea with a dash of powderred ginger, a spoon of sugar, and a spoon of cinnamon. He swears it works.

I hope you found this useful!
