Dynamic IPs get assigned each time the computer or modem connects to the ISP, if this is once a day then it's everyday. It can be more often or less often, depending on when you reconnect.

Theres no "regular" ip's. Theres static and dynamic. And it's not like it just changes, a dynamic ip is assigned by a dhcp server. Like whenever you dial in to internet, the server you called assignes you an ip from a list it has.

By regular, you mean dynamic. Dynamic ips can change every day. But they don't have to, and they probably don't. There is no "ip changes after so many hours" rule.

how often a dynamic IP is changed is strictly up to the ISP. typcially it is only for 24 hours.
