I'm looking for something that isn't really sticky or stiff, but one that will provide soft, springy curls. I have relaxed (chemically straightened) hair.

Use lotta body in a spray bottle (you have to buy the spray bottle to pour the lotion into). Don't get the concentrated kind because you may forget to dilute it with water. Another thing that helps is to use a rat tail comb to comb through each thin section before you roll it up, this will insure saturation of the lotta body in your hair. Buy the jumbo rollers if you are going to do a roller wrap. Soft, springy curls will result ;)

I currently use Lotta Body Setting Lotion on my relax hair. You can get the concentrated form which you can add water to or the already mixed lotion. I use the concentrated form and I apply it in a spray bottle and add water. I really works well for my spiral curls or loose curls, depending on how much water you add.
