How much does it cost to get license plates in TX? I'm moving to Dallas next month and am trying to get all the info I need to make my car legal. The TX Dept. of Transportation website didn't say anything about cost, it only showed a picture of the plate. So, does anyone know what it costs, if anything?

Does anyone know how to help me get my husband (married 15 years) out of jail? I.N.S. picked him up a month ago.He is a good man never commited a crime in his life and has supported me our daughter and my 4 children from a previous marriage.We have a lawyer and she stopped his deportation but he still sits in jail waiting a court date..While we at home our losing everything. He was approved for an I 130 but we never got notice to go to court and so that lead for the deportation in 1995 we didnt find out till 2003 that there was an order for deportation( We got another lawyer) and I dont think she is moving our case very fast at all..I would like to have him home with us ..we did all the proper things that we had to do...the case has a motion to reopen and he is eligible for 245i relief under the LIFE (Legal Immagration and Family Equity Act) of 2001 Does anyone know what that means??(My 1st husband for 5 years(white American)( ,abused me )..My husband now is a wonderful man to me

My Bestfriend is getting married in May, This is the first time I've been a bridesmaid in a wedding where I wasn't related to the Bride so I'm not certain if I purchase my Bridesmaid dress or if the Bride does.

Also if I do pay for my dress, would it be rude of me to ask if she can pick a cheaper dress as I am just barely affording my plane ticket to fly out to where she lives and am expecting a child next month so I don't really have a lot of money.

My husband is a serial womaniser. I have stayed with him really because we have 3 young children and I'm scared to go it alone.

I can live with it as I really dont feel much for him any more, except for 1 relationship he has had. It was with a teenage girl when I was expecting our 3rd child. About a 7 month relationship, she was gorgeous, intelligent and young and I really hate her. She now has a really well paid job and my husband had to leave his as a result of this work based affair.

I am aware that it is jealousy that I am feeling. But this affair has caused me a great deal of embarrassment also. I have never taken any revenge, but sometimes the jealousy / embarrassment runs so deep in me that I make up plans to revenge them both but especially her as she has suffered no consequences at all.

I have had these for around 4 years now, they dont go away, in fact they get worse. I think if I can act out the revenge perhaps it will help.

What do you think? Any ideas of a plan

I recently got married to a woman with a 2 yr old. Obviously this changes my tax standing. I make ~57k/ year and she makes ~30k/year. Last year's W-4 (when I was single), I took 1 deduction, me. She took 3 (herself, her little boy, and head of household). FYI: Something I just learned in the difference between last year's taxes, and this year's.....the marriage penalty tax is a killer. Anyway, I've been re-evaluting how we should set up our W-4s. I've been to the IRS's website and used their calculator. It said the dumbest thing....we should both claim 0 and actually have $166 removed from my paycheck. This obviously doesn't make since that means they will be taking even more out our paychecks and we're getting a refund now as it stands. Did the W-4 paper worksheet, and it said to claim 0 and have $10 taken out. Went to H&R Block's website calculator and it said for me to claim 10 and her claim 7. This makes no sense. We are trying to avoid a refund and oweing. Ideas?

im 17, and so we havent even really talked since the break up. I have not been responding to her trying to tell me about how this girl is no good that i started hanging out (it was his ex). Anyways, its been almost 2 weeks, and I was wondering how long should I wait? and how should I try becoming friends with her? I dont want her back I just want to be friends cause she is a cool girl to hangout with at least. She also said when we broke up how she still wanted to be "friends" and see eahcother and hangout, but ive been ignoring her cause everyone told me that would bug the hell out of her and make her jealous or whatever... also they said it would just be awkward and cause arguements with this new boy around. I had this dream since I was very young, I would say age 7-8. Now I am nearly 30 and yet I am dreaming the same dream from long time ago. Sometimes 2 years go pass, sometimes a week but it keeps repeating...
It is this house in a vilage that my parents lived in before I was born. They still owned a part of the house up until I was 12 ish, it was shared with other members of the family. Nobody lived there on permanent bases. There was a large garden for fruit and vegetables that the family used to plant on.
Yes it was in need of decorating, but it didn't look like something out of a horror movie. I was never scared when I was there, still was going there as normal even tho the dream had started, and there is nothing traumatic ever hapening there that I remember.
I dream I enter inside, straight away I can hear an owl in the loft, breathing. It is cold and I feel scared, I run outside, the garden is empty and burned from the sun, I scream and run, no one around...I wake up in sweat.
