When the judge sentenced my friend, she stated that he would get credit for time off of his house arrest for time that was spent in county jail. However, the time is not credited, and there is nothing in the sentencing record. A lawyer told us it would cost $500 to file a form to get this fixed. Since it's their fault for not following their own instructions, why should we have to pay? Is there something else we can do to get this fixed without spending hundreds of dollars?

My niece is 4 and my nephew is 16 months. My sister is not with her fiancee anymore and she is now living with my mother with the kids until January. My sister's ex fiancee lives with his mother again and his mother's house is a pigsty. She actually keeps the styrofoam plate that comes with groundbeef! Her house is a death trap, and they smoke inside the house, I'm not too sure if it is with the children inside, but the children sure smell like pure smoke when I with them. They don't throw anything, and there is trash all over the place. Their crib for my nephew is in the living room. There is trash all over the floor and blankets, and if you were little you just couldn't walk in that room. I have some trouble doing it myself. I know there is mold growing and many diseases in that house. They refuse to let anyone inside their house now, and I think something bad might of happened and their house is unsafe. What can I do about this. I am only the Auntie of these children?

Last year, Bush went to India and even though India has never signed the NPT, nuclear non-proliferation treaty, he cut a deal allowing nuclear-armed India to purchase US nuclear reactors and fuel for the 1st time in 3 decades.

Is it not insane to allow this while at the same time, telling Iran whom signed the NPT, they can't enrich unranium for energy purposes?

Why won't India sign the NPT? Shouldn't we say 'No Deal' if they don't?

My friend has severe depression. She cuts herself and has even told me that she is planning to kill herself by the end of the year. I've told her parents and they are trying to make her get help, but she won't take it! I call her every night and see her every weekend to try to help her, but she never talks to me on the phone for more than 2 minutes, and she just sits in her room and dosen't really talk to me while I am there. I'm really scared for her and dont want her to kill herself. How else can I help her?

I looked at my boyfriend phone it went off last night about 11:oo and this morning i was giving it to him letting him know he missed a call last night and he got mad talking about i;m looking through his phone and i'm like i wasn;t but i should and noticed that i's alot of new numbers but he also is a cab driver and he just told me that he wants to marry me a couple days ago so whats the promblem if i was looking im your phone . the people that come up from southern states to northern states and its only 65-70 degrees and they are freezing? and the people up north just had a 45-50 degree weather and are out in shorts but the southern people are in winter coats?

same thing when northern people go south.....its only 70 degrees and the southerners are all cold but we(yes i'm northern) are out in shorts and a t-shirt because its soo warm.
