I weigh about 160 and I am relatively tone. I want to add more bulk to my upper body. What would be a good wookout for adding muscle? How many times/week should I work out and how long?

The flapper and chain were replaced a few weeks ago, and have adjusted the chain several times. Sometimes it takes up to 30 seconds or more before the water from the water pipe starts up, it flushes partially but takes up to 4 flushes or more now it won't empty completely with this many flushes. It has a small white flat
item in the left side of the tank which connects to the water line at bottom, does this need replacing, how hard is it to replace. Help!

Hi all here is some background. After writing a covered call on a stock I recieved a premium, that shows on my history immediately .After it expired worthless, they removed the option. Makes sense! Soon after (7 days) I recieved a "rebate", and according to Ameritrades definition it is"In an options transaction, the amount paid to the holder of the option if the option expires worthless" Im not sure, but do I get paid twice. Please explain, my account fluctautes $100's sometimes $1000's so it is hard for me to keep track. especially with the liability of writing a call going against your account, and screwing with the balance!

I have been on this site for about ten months.I used to really enjoy debating topics and having intelligent comments tossed around.I liked to ask for help or suggestions from you and appreciated the answers.Lately, though,I have become a bit jaded by all the name calling and venom being spewed by Republicans and Democreats alike.I admit I have done this myself in small doses. Why is it necessary to turn on a fellow American just because we differ in our thoughts and beliefs? No one wants war.No one wants poverty. Can we stop bashing each other and maybe start asking intelligent and thought provoking questions that may actually have merit instead of using this as a forum to hate?Or am I overestimating the power of conscious reason?

My son has probably had over 30 jobs in his life and wants to get ahead but just seems to be dead ended. Now he wants to come live with us and bring his family along. I'm 63 years old and at the end of what life I have-what do I do? I can afford to have him stay with us but I want my peace and quite and not distruption at this stage of my life. Any good answers-

I understand that Scissors can beat Paper, and I get how Rock can beat Scissors, but there's no way Paper can beat Rock. Paper is supposed to magically wrap around Rock leaving it immobile? Why can't paper do this to scissors? Screw scissors, why can't paper do this to people? Why isn't notebook paper constantly suffocating students while they take notes in class? I'll tell you why: because paper can't beat anybody; a rock would tear paper up in 2 seconds. When I play rock/paper/scissors, I always choose rock. Then when somebody claims to beat me with their paper, I can punch them in the face with my already clenched fist and say, "Oh, I'm sorry. I thought paper would protect you!"

My daughter is 11 years old and has expressed an interest in playing the drums for years. She has taken piano for 4 years and would like to try a percussion instrument. Her father and I have no problems putting up with the noise, but we'd like to get her a good starter drum set that doesn't cost a fortune.

Hi. I recently moved into a factory loft in Brooklyn.

It's 19 degrees out. The window in my room is a) HUGE, and b) draughty as hell. I'm freezing at night. I need to seal this mother up. Any thoughts on the best way to go about doing this? The window is about 10' tall and 14' long, and is divided into 1'x6" panes of glass. I'm thinking: Plastic painters drops and duct tape. Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

My Chihuahua of 7 years now absolutely hates my wife. When I am in the house with my wife my dog sits on my lap constantly. When my wife comes near me, put's her hands near me, or even looks at my dog, she goes crazy barking, growling, and trying to bite her. I dont know what to do with this dog! I have been with my wife for 3 years, and my dog was with me alone the preceeding 4 years. When I am gone and my dog is alone with my wife, she is fine and dosent act up. Any suggestions?
