My friend and I have booked a long weekend to Benidorm for her birthday in May 2007, am really looking forward to it however I suffer quite badly with my ears a lot, the doctor said I had a lot of air built up in my inner ear and it gets quite painful I ve tried pinching my nose and blowing but that just makes me dizzy and a bit panicky am worried there going to be terribly painful when flying if there bad when on the ground, does anyone have any sensible advice or know anything I can take to prevent it or ease it Thanks

We lost contact after high school and now 10 years later we are talking again. She however is in a relationship and I just got out of a 2 year relationship. Its great talking to her again I just don't know if I should share with her how I feel in fear it may ruin a great friendship.

...and we can't really convince him to go to the doctor. I know that he reaaly needs to take maintenance medicine for the heart since he's exposed to daily stress and lack of sleep. His blood pressure is always high. and there was a time when he reached a 170+/130+ blood pressure. He tried to take Norvasc before without the doctor's prescription then stopped, and then Co-amoxiclav, and eventually stopped taking it also.

Hi. A couple of days ago, I received a letter in the mail, saying it was from the food bank in my state, they are supposedly collecting up money for Christmas for poor kids and stuff. Before I send them any money, how can I figure out whether or not this is a scam? They didn't add a website or telephone number.
