Pretty much self-explanatory. Mc goes before Ma. For hyphenated names, alphabetize by first last name.

Last name, first name. Don't put 'Mc' in a separate group; that's utterly silly and I don't know why people do that still.

Put the A in, then the B, then the C, then the D. You should be able to take it from there.
