I'm in a dept where it's all women and I dread going in everyday and having the fake smile pretending that I'm concerned about them in any way and I know they feel the same. All they do is gossip and feel like your doing things to take their job! When I've worked with men in the past there was never any DRAMA, men are so laid back, give me a dept with men anyday!
How do you feel working with women esp if your a woman too?

i just started a new job working as a class room assistant, i'm 18..but i'm so shy! i don't feel comfortable with people at all...when the teachers talk to me, i get all embarrassed and i become so dumb,its weird its as though my IQ decreases and decreases!! i end up mixing my words and speaking a whole load of crap...plus all the teachers keep asking me why i'm so quiet?? what can i do to be liked by everyone and to feel comfortable...so i actually enjoy my job!

I've noticed that if I go for a long period of time without eating, I have trouble breathing once I do eat. Sometimes when I get full, which doesn't take much, my nose feels like its stopped up. What is causing me to feel like this?

I'm newly married and struggling with coping the life after marriage. My husband isn't from here so me and him are living with my parents. My question is what can i do to please both my husband and my parents. I want to make both of them happy but it seems that sometimes i'll do something or say something that'll offend him or my parents. Also, how can i please my sister as well?

neither one of us have a problem with our respective choices but if we have kids, what do we do? i wouldn't feel the need for them to attend a catholic church, just as he probably wouldn't feel the need to have them perform any rituals with me. how do we find a balance?

Okay, I hate my skin/face without makeup on. I have acne and red blotches that run in my family heritage and the only thing that evens out the color/tone is makeup. The problem is I don't want my husband to see me without makeup because I feel very very unattractive and not sexy at all. This is not a problem because I just put it on and it evens out my skin tone. But the problem is when I first get out of the shower he is usually right in my presence. I feel funny trying to close the bathroom door and have privacy but I am really annoyed that I feel this way. I am too afraid to tell him. What do I do?
