If you want to express love, the one thing that you need to remember is to be yourself. In a relationship, never go out of the way to be someone who you aren't- it'll only worsen matters and your relation. Be yourself. If you act like a true friend and stand by your 'friend' then expressing love should be a piece of cake! Be concerned and appreciative, but don't flatter and give the person the impression that you genuinely care for about her/him. Expressing love is not only about flowers, expensive dinners and 'romantic' songs, it's about being a good listener, a helper, a faithful friend. This way you are expessing your love as a loyal friend and lover
