I have a dell optiplex system with 2 large monitors which can be used simultaneously. which i use for video editing which i would like to sell.

I returned to work for 2 weeks thinking i was ok but am now totally stressed out again about work and non work related issues,i think my doc is going to sign me off again! Can the company sack me for this as i am not a lazy person and wouldnt take time off if i really didnt need to?

I am just wondering about the shape of things to come for music retailers. Will we see the CD disappear off the shelevs in favour for kiosks or units which you can download tracks from? Will we see more bands use the stores a mini event spaces etc Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Would be really good to get a global perspective on this. Something is going to happen - so what does the world think?!

i cant seem to form sentences or the right words wont come out, or i cant articulate myself well, why is this?.......i was speaking to some woman on a helpline before about my psychiatric, psychological problems, and she was saying stuff like, ' as that happened to you alot' and, ' that sounds really isolating for you'', when you go out you must feel really alone''......and i was becoming angrey with her for putting her take and slant upon mylife, those were here words and i didnt like them because i was thinkin it made me sound , weak vunerable and sad. i was talking to her about my anxiety and low moods. but when she said that stuff it felt as though she was be littlin me in some way. and it was makin me very angry. but the words i wanted to articulate to put her in the picture and tell her how things stood wouldnt come to me why is this?....she was saying things like. '' when u ggo out you must see people and feel so alone'' and '' sounds like your confidence has took a big dent''

Well, it's not actually a diet. I have totally changed my eating habits and have been working out regularly. I have been keeping track of my weight loss on a computer program and have been losing an average of 3.4 oz per day. How often can I cheat on my eating and still maintain weight loss? Right now its been once or twice per month. I don't want to risk weight gain but I want to enjoy good food with my kids every once in a while. Last night I ate pizza and this morning my weight is 4 lbs higher according to the scale, I can't do that! 4lbs is a major setback. I had a friend that said I can eat bad once per week. What do you think? I'm not sure how often really fit people eat what they want. Or why I gain so easily (one night of junk and I gain 3 or 4 lbs that took me weeks to lose.)

This morning when i woke up. i noticed alot of watery blood everywhere. All in the cat littler and trails of it around the house. After checking all my cats. I noticed it was coming from my male cat Archie. I think its blood in his urine thats coming out and he doesnt seem to be able to controll it. My other cats are hissing at him constantly and they are all usually so friendly towards one another. Archie keeps hiding and apprears to be ibn alot of pain so i phoned the vet. Ive got an appointment in 5 hours time and they cant see him sooner. My vet didnt seem too worried but i am. Im scared its cancer or something. Does anyone here know what it might be? Hes only a year old and is an indoor cat only and has been in excellent health untill now. Ill let you know what the vet says to me but any suggestions in the meantime would be appreciated. Fingers crossed hes going to be ok
