It's not only normal but a good thing. You are better off really getting to know someone before you start anything physical. Otherwise you simply come across as easy and you don't want that reputation.

If there's one thing I don't understand, that's when the dating proper will start. You've been seeing each other, then, what on earth can we call that? Maybe your dating will start by the time you start sleeping with him (lol).

Absolutley, this is the trial period that most of us seem to miss. It says alot about your character, one most real men would appreciate later. Sex would only confuse things at this point and you both could loose respect for one another. I say keep your pace.

some people do go out with the person before they decide to become to beomce an item and thats good so u can know what kinda person they are before you go with them
