Unfortunately, the answer is yes. I should also let you know that it isn't something you simply download and install, then double-click the little icon and it all works like candy.

As an ethical hacker (not cracker), I shall answer your question with something to guide you in the right direction. I suggest you look into how firewalls, routers, and WWW works. Then learn all you can about setting up remote servers. While your doing that, learn c#, assembly, and maybe even VBS. Finish all this and start learning about covert and invisible remote computer command executions. If you are good at this stuff, you will be able to accomplish your task in about 7 months to a year.

for sure there is application like that!.... it is such as paying for application that works like a reveal screen ... without absolutely paying for a reveal screen. computers can do something! I listen that in 2013 there'll be application which will replace the entire computer. Now that is portable!

don't you wish. no you can't b/c the person would have to be streaming video for you to see any image, so they would have to turn it on. you can't do this remotely.
