I work at Pep Boy's in servis. The store maneger thinks he is untutchabl.He is constently making sexual remarks to the staf and acusing us of shortages.(Shrinkage).We have a very high turnover of feale staf do to his advances.

I just brought home a 10 week Jack Russle Pup. She seems happy enough and responsive and likes to play. But this is only for a short while...She seems to want to sleep and lie in her bed constantly...is this normal behaviour for a pup...I was kinda expecting a fire ball.... any advice or help apprecitated...

john marvin smith and joe smith are brothers
joe smith has a son first names his son john marvin after his brother as a sign of love and respect...
john marvin the elder has a son after his brother does and names him after himself as it is his first son so now we have john marvin smith sr and john marvin smith jr
what order is the name of the nephew - is he a second, a third or do he and his uncle share the same name just a two complete strangers would?

Well me and my GF have just got together on saturday and she says that she is busy this week so we won't be able to see each other till sunday. We have only just got together at our works xmas party and we have decided together that we will give it a go but many people say that we should have been together a long time before now. should it bother me that it will be almost a week before i next see her. before everyone starts sayin that she is cheating i know this is not true as my best (female) friend that i have no feelings for apart from us being friends has told me that she is madly in love with me. It seems that every time I see some news interview or show or sporting event where something goes well for someone, he/she often thanks his/her God. When things don't go well or as hoped... what happened? Never hear about their God then... I find that odd.


I know this is probably an old saw, but hey -- I did a search of the knowledge base and couldn't find this question already in here, so I figured I'd give it a shot.

Its a case of a team of care workers, and the team have been upgraded in pay to a certain level. I must stress the team have been awarded it. As long as there are no performance related issues or disciplinary etc, can the company disclude two members of the team on the basis that they forgot to include them? I work with people who are on varying salaries due to experience and their negotiation prior to working for the company, but this is different. And the questioon is for my partner.
