Just tell the guy! He'll find out eventually. And if you tell him straight out, he won't become suspicious...but if you wait for him to discover on his own, he'll think you either cheated on him or had an abortion. And besides...what bad can come from honestly telling him that you had a miscarriage??? It happens to thousands of women all around the world daily. =]

Depends on the relationship... if it's a casual thing then maybe/maybe not... if you are in a serious relationship then definitely tell him. It's a pretty traumatic thing to have to go through alone.
