Unfortunately, under most laws, only persons and corporations can be sued. As aliens are not persons under the law, calling a Terran lawyer will not help you. You would have to submit your claim in the Interstellar Court of Alpha Centauri and hope the planet the aliens are from have signed the Interstellar Recognition of Foreign Laws and Judgements Treaty.

Its only a few light years away, but still make sure you make a claim for mileage incurred in filing the claim.
