i was walking in the halls to my next class and this girl (which i already knew of from another class) catches my eye... and it was so natural for me to not look away (in most cases i would because its weird) like the whole world stopped for those 5 seconds... like eye on eye standing there for 5 seconds.. but then she just flips her hair and turns around and continues like nothing happend..?

was she just daydreaming or what?

My Kenmore dishwasher is leaving a powdery residue on my Loc and Loc plastic ware storage containers. This is not "etching" because the residue rinses clean under running tap water. I have normal city water - neither hard nor soft. I do not use a water softener. I've tried less detergent, more detergent, rinse aid and no rinse aid, hotter water and less hot water, long cycles and short cycles, air dry and heat dry. The plastic ware is washed on the top shelf.

I use Cascade Shine Shield Clean Rinse Formula detergent and Jet Dri Liquid Rinse Aid in the machine's dispenser.

Anyone have any ideas? All of the other dishes are coming out sparkling clean but the plastic issue is really bumming me out...

Aside from the usual things such as ear mites and worms.... I have two cats that I rescued from farms. One is a full grown adult, and the other is still young (they are not from the same place and I've had the adult for 3 years longer than the baby). Are there any problems either mentally or physically that farm cats might suffer from more than cats born elsewhere?

Is Star Trek dying? If so, what can we do to save it.
I don't know about you, but I thought Star Trek: Nemesis was the worst Star Trek Movie of all. And what about "Enterprise", I thought that was a great Star Trek series and had great potential, but it only lasted 4 seasons; and there seems to be no signs of a new series in development.

I am doing a study over the next two years on job satisfaction and its psychological impact outside of work. This is a longitudinal study, so it means that we'd have to talk every 4-6 months for 2 years. I am curious if people would be willing to do this. I have 2 male springer spaniel working dogs they are full brothers and 9 months old and they are running wild, they live outside in seperate kennels and if i take them for a walk and let them off the lead they always run up to other people and jump on them which the people obviously dont like,

Science tells us that all the stars and galaxies are moving in an outward direction...like when you drop a pebble in the water, there's an outward rippling motion. Only the universe is moving outward in all directions. This is evidence that it all began from one point. Most of us know the big bang theory, that extremely hot, condensed gases smaller than a pinhead exploded, forming the universe. While that fits with the motion and composition of the universe, from where did the gases originate?

This is my 2nd winter in this apartment, avg gas price per heating (a month) is about $200-250. It says on the bill that gas is like $12 per unit--whichever unit they measure by.

Is it better to just use these radiator heaters? Would it be much cheaper to use these since it's using electric or what?
