Our son will be turing 3 on NEW YEARS DAY, and we are trying to think of creative party ideals! Last year reserved a restraunt section, and decorarted it up, and had friends and family attend...but it wasnt kiddy like!
So this year we decided to just stay at home and do something at home for him...

We are trying to come up with ideals to make it fun for him... I was going along the MArdi Grai, end I have beads and was going to make mask, for fun....thing is there arent going to be any other kids.. .we have no other kids in family and no friends with kids or in neighborhood..IDEALS PLEASE!!!!
Im making the pork, kraut, rigatoni, etc.... what about a CAKE ideal????

research has shown that attractive faces do not correlate to health... so why did good looking people emerge in our genome? why don't we all just look different? why is there "hot" and "ugly" ? and why do people have a weakness for hot if it signals no health advantage? this is a highly theoretical evolutionary biology question so i don't expect simple answers.... just curious if anyone can think through this (as unlikely as it is on here...)

It's kind of annoying because sometimes I can't get back to sleep. I always go pee before bed and try not to drink a bunch either. What might cause this? I don't have frequent urination during the day, and I know it's not a bladder infection (I've had those before and they suck!). Is it just how my body works? I can't remember the last time I slept a full night without waking up to pee.

I'm a senior and am 17 years old. When i was a baby, i had to have surgery on my skull because of a problem i had and had a slim chance of not making it through the surgery. Because of this, my parents have always been extremely overprotective to the point of absurdity. In various examples, in the past two weeks, i have not been allowed to go play football with friends, or stay overnight at friends on non-school nights with no explanation for my parents refusal. Their only response is that "I said no and no means no." The only reason i can think of is because i am leaving for college in about 9 months and they do not want me to leave...if you understand what i mean. Unfortunately for me, it is ruining my senior year and even my friends have even been realizing that i have not been able to do much lately and are starting to become agitated by it. Can anyone help me out with this and give me a few tips on how to loosen their grip on me? thanks :)

I am looking into buying this phone instead of the Alltel KRZR. It is cheaper and has the same features plus some. I was wondering if the cables to download music from your coumputer came with it and if you need to buy a certain type of headphones to listen to it.
