This is my 2nd winter in this apartment, avg gas price per heating (a month) is about $200-250. It says on the bill that gas is like $12 per unit--whichever unit they measure by.
Is it better to just use these radiator heaters? Would it be much cheaper to use these since it's using electric or what?

I went through $400 plus in gas expenses heating my home a few years ago. During that time my average electric bill was around $90-100 per month. The next year I used electric heat and my electric bill was around $130. I suggest you try using the electric to heat the room you are in and not the whole place and see what happens the first month. When you get your first bill you will be able to make a better decision.
