Believe it or not, semen actually does contain vitamins and minerals. Amino acids, citrate, enzymes, flavins, fructose (sugars), proteins, and vitamin C. These nutrients are needed for the sperm in their long and energy-sapping journey to an egg cell. Now, I don't recommend that you drink sperm, because very little of these nutrients are actually in the semen. Just. Don't. Drink. It.
