I volunteer at a regional theatre doing both on-stage and off-stage work. Recently there has been a change of middle-management among the paid employees and new sets of "rules" began floating around. Among these rules were various lists that volunteers were asked to sign or they couldn't volunteer. I have volunteered at a variety of organizations over the years and have never seen this. I say its a waste of time, at best and a violation of my rights at worst. For instance, agreeing not to imbibe alchohol while working is great, but an addict/alcoholic is going to imbibe no matter what they sign.
Included among these various papers to sign was a medical waiver, authorizing the theatre to perform and santion medical procedures, this worried me as it leaves the theatre open to lawsuits.

Please note that this question is certainly NOT an invitation to a certain member to express profanities as has been done by him so often.

This question has been inspired by a well known Indian TV channel. I do not claim any credit for the basic idea.

The Muslims celebrate Ramadan and the Hindus have Diwali every year all over the world.

It can be seen that:-
The words RAMadan starts with the name Ram. A name of a Hindu incarnation of God.
The word DiwALI ends with the name, Ali, a popular Muslim name.
(This name appears in the Quran, Sura 3 -- Ali-'Imran)

Both words have developed entirely independantly in their respective religions/cultures/languages.

This makes the Muslims utter the name of an incarnation of God.
It also reminds the Hindus of a Muslim saint.

Just co-incidence or is this God telling us something?

I think most will know what i mean, i want a keyboards (not a huge piano) a portable piano that has 88 keys and a floppy drive for midi.

My budget lies around the £200 mark, but i have no idea where to look or indeed what models would fit within my budget... i also feel if i go into a local music shop they'll be all over me for the sale of what they have rather than what I need.

Any help please?
