Like I said before:
Pull our troops to the Iraqi borders and secure these borders by land, air and sea.
Allow only civilian needed supplies in.
Let the Iraqis' "duke it out" who the best man/party/political-religious faction will rule and will be.
We know nothing of these people 3 years later, then we knew when we got there.
