The Democracy in Iraq exists but it is weak.
When eleven million people vote in a free election that is a form of democracy.
You know, think about it. If Democracy did not exist in Iraq then why are the insurgents fighting so vehemently to stop it?
I also have to wonder why you are against it. Sympathizing with the terrorists I guess.
