Absolutely. The techniques change slightly for the very young and the very old (or debilitated), but everyone can benefit from massage. If you are contemplating massage for a senior or child, it's not a bad idea to screen the therapist to make sure he/she has had training for those groups. It is a sub-speciality of massage. For instance, I had training in geriatric massage and found that some seniors who had gone to other therapists without that training were hurt by the therapist because they were too rough on them.

I'm pretty sure as long as it's legitimate. Don't know why anyone under the age of 16 would need a massage though.

i m a massager.and if u don`t have any disease u can get massage.and any 1 can get massage.but be sure if any 1 has a disease make sure that which kind of massage u r having or doing.if a person has a skin disease select the right oil and massage tech nick.

my dads a reflexologist and my mums an indian head massager,they have clients everyday who go to them and they are of all ages so i really dont think there is an age on a massage
