Not really... depends on the weather and the location. In Florida, it would be find to wear sandals (I assume you mean dressy sandals, not flip-flops, as flip-flops would not be appropriate for any wedding, unless it were on the beach, which I hope isn't happening in March anywhere that isn't a sunny location!). In Maine, sandals in March probably isn't such a great idea. Use your judgement with the weather and have a back-up pair just in case!!!

Where do you live? Is it warm in March? Do you normally wear sandals in March?

It depends on the sandals. If they are nice, leather type, with heels, I think it would be fine. Flip flops are not. Of course, it also depends on where you're having it, and if you're in the wedding party. If you're having it outside, low heels are best, so that your shoes won't sink into the ground. If you're in the wedding party, you might want to ask the bride what she thinks. <*)))><
