Go tell the insurgents to stop killing each other.

I see them every day in my newspaper and on my television. Many Americans do not comprehend how much death and suffering have been inflicted upon the Iraqi people, or consider it "their" problem. I saw just last week that six innocent Iraqi men were dragged out of a mosque, dowsed with kerosene and set on fire alive. This was on the same day that 212 others were murdered across Iraq.

I believe that this Iraqi civil war is a direct result of the US led invasion and occupation of Iraq, and that the insurgency is a result of the forces unleashed when there was suddenly a vacuum of power and no central authority.

These factions have hated each other for centuries and suddenly there was no authority to keep them from spilling each others blood. I do not believe the US invasion was in any way necessary. However, if we were going to invade and occupy this country there should have been a plan in place to replace the leadership toppled by the American forces. Saddam Hussein was a brutal and tyrannical dictator, but there are dozens more just like him and worse around the world.

When we finally leave that hellhole, the allah-cultists will kill ten times as many of each other as we ever would have.....

And personally, I intend to enjoy watching them do it.

They truly had no choice under Sadam. God bless these people who wanted their freedom and risked their lives to have it.
