I have always been significantly overweight I am 5ft10ins and weigh 8st11lb.
My goal is to be 10st8lb, what can I do to make this happen?
I know obviously eat more, but i feel like I eat a lot at the moment and I don't really know how much is considered a lot.
What types of food should I eat, how often, should I excercise?

I hate it, I've been on it since mid June and I've been on my period every since mid July. I'm due to go back to the clinic on Wednesday and I think I'm going to go on the pill.

On the leaflet that comes with the injection, it says that after stopping the injection it can take a few months for your periods and fertility to go back to normal.

But... when people have heavy periods while on the injection, clinics can offer to give you the pill at the sane time to reduce/stop the bleeding.

So... if I go on the pill as soon as I come off the injection will my periods come back to normal soon?


Has anybody done this before?

How long did it take for you?

My moring errection takes time to go. almost 30 min. I try to pee, but cant. I masturbate regularly but I dont feel like doing that as soon as I get up. All other instances I have full control over my penis, this is the only time. I tried masturbating before sleeping. i also drank lots of water before sleep, but I go crazy with bladder pressuer, but errection does not go and I am able to release it only after 30 min which makes me crazy. more over its embarassing in a college hostel as everybody notices it. any suggestions.

I always have very sore muscles and sometimes I cant figure out what I could have done to make them so sore. I have always had this and now it seems to be getting worse. Most of the time I get a massage and the theripist cant use hard enough pressure to relive tension and sometimes they hurt just to be touched. Also I bruise very easy and I dont even remember what I did to get such a bad bruise. I take vitamins and I eat healthy for the most part. Could I have Fiber Mialgia And what kind of dr. should I see to find out. Also what kind of test is it to find out if it is.
