you use a coat hangar bent at the end to hook the lock and pull it up, then you connect the solonoid wire to the coil and then connect those to the ignition and the engine shall start and there you go thats how you unlock all the cars in midtown madness

I don't think you can.
the more points you rack up, with out doing major damage, will allow you to drive the better cars.
