We have tried limiting her beverage intake at night and no drinking before bed or 1 hour before bed. We have set an alarm so she get up during the night to go to the bathroom, she sometimes sleeps through the alarm. Even when she does get up she still wets. We've gotten her to go 5 nights and that's it. Anyone with some more ideas? She herself gets irritated. I do my best to incourage her.

My friend has Cancer and she is raising two children by her self. She dosen't want anyone to know she has cancer. I think she would have more help if she told people but I respect her wishes and don't tell anyone. I talk to her several times a day. Several times she didn't answer her phone I ran to her house from work to find her crying and unable to deal. I useully hold her let her cry it out. The past year has been a great it seems all our talks are over her Cancer. I blame myself I just want to help and be the best friend I can be. She has been let down my many people in her life I didn't want to be one of them. Two weeks ago she freaked on me telling me she dosen't need to talk to me everyday. I backed off for a few days to give her space. But it's over three weeks now she really dosn't want to see or talk to me. Wrote her a long letter and she sent it back with a nasty reply. I haven't slept in weeks can't work and feel hurt. How can someone I care so much about hurt me this way

Does anyone know of, for instance, a concordance of the songs of the Beatles or other, more modern types than, say, Tennyson or Poe (I'm aware of those concordances). Thanks...

Last week I heard a song on my local country music station and all attempts to discover the title have come to no end. The song begins with a preacher praying for rain. Then the rain comes and it doesn't stop for thirteen days. One snippet from the song is "it took all the boys from the mill." I wish I could remember more. Internet searches haven't helped at all. Thanks.

I won't, cause I have the best of's already. So do most of my pals. Do we need another 'best of'? I am annoyed at itunes though not allowing me to buy 'window in the skies' on its own? Any one else find it annoying?

The Differences Between Men And Women

NICKNAMES:
If Gloria, Suzanne, Debra and Michelle go out for lunch, they will call
each other Gloria, Suzanne, Debra and Michelle. But if Mike, Phil, Rob
and Jack go out for a brewsky, they will affectionately refer to each
other as Fat Boy, Godzilla, Peanut-Head and Useless.

DINING OUT:
And when the check comes, Mike, Phil, Rob and Jack will each throw in
$20 bills, even though it's only for $22.50. None of them will have
anything smaller, and none will actually admit they want change back. When
the girls get their check, out come the pocket calculators.

BATHROOMS:
A man has six items in his bathroom -- a toothbrush, shaving cream,
razor, a bar of Dial soap, and a towel from the Holiday Inn. The average
number of items in the typical woman's bathroom is 437. A man would not
be able to identify most of these items.

GROCERIES:
A woman makes a list of things she needs and then goes out to the store
and buys these things. A man waits till the only items left in his
fridge are half a lime and a soda. Then he goes grocery shopping. He buys
everything that looks good. By the time a man reaches the checkout
counter, his cart is packed tighter than the Clampett's car on Beverly
Hillbillies. Of course, this will not stop him from going to the
10-items-or-less lane.

SHOES:
When preparing for work, a woman will put on a Mondi wool suit, then
slip on Reebok sneakers. She will carry her dress shoes in a plastic bag
from Saks. When a woman gets to work, she will put on her dress shoes.
Five minutes later, she will kick them off because her feet are under
the desk. A man will wear the same pair of shoes all day.

CATS:
Women love cats. Men say they love cats, but when women aren't looking,
men kick cats.

DRESSING UP:
A woman will dress up to: Go shopping, water the plants, empty the
garbage, answer the phone, read a book, get the mail. A man will dress up
for: weddings, funerals.

LAUNDRY:
Women do laundry every couple of days. A man will wear every article of
clothing he owns, including his surgical pants that were hip about
eight years ago, before he will do his laundry. When he is finally out of
clothes, he will wear a dirty sweatshirt inside out, rent a U-Haul and
take his mountain of clothes to the Laundromat. Men always expect to
meet beautiful women at the Laundromat. This is a myth perpetuated by
re-runs of old episodes of "Love, American Style."

OFFSPRING:
Ah, children. A woman knows all about her children. She knows about
dentist appointments and soccer games and romances and best friends and
favorite foods and secret fears and hopes and dreams. A man is vaguely
aware of some short people living in the house.

Not sure what it might be. Our son normally is a very healthy 35lb 31in boy. He is always very energetic and happy. He normally doesn't cry unless something is wrong or he doesn't get what he wants. Recently he has been having just short out bursts of painfully crying and then it goes away, there isn't anything leading up to or following as far as being upset. He has no signs of anything wrong, he is eating and keeping everything down, not that he has ever had a problem keeping anything down, he is still active and energetic, there doesn't seem to be any bumps or bruises anywhere or any type of swelling. He is sleeping well and everything else seems to be great. He bumped his head square on a piece of base trim about 2 weeks ago and that seems to have healed and when it happened the swelling came out and not in. With all of this information is this just a way of getting attention or is there something here we need to worry about?

What do you do with a husband of 20 years who acts single while married. He is more loyal to his man freinds than to his own wife. After his working 6 days, on the seventh he goes out with his freinds to enjoy his obsessive sporting hobby. Or goes with his buds on vacation. He conveniently "forgets" he has a wife who need him as well. He won't cut back on work even though we don't need that extra days salary and it's not even up for discussion to him. He doesn't plan for weekends with me or the kids. He is uncommunicative during the week, glued to the television. When the weekend comes, he is out the door early to pursue his hobby with his freinds. That's not up for discussion either, he just throws fits if you even mention his neglect for marriage and family or his obsessive need for work and hobby and TV that occupies him 24/7. Yet he professes to love me and the kids. His priorities are upside down, It is deprivation and neglect for me and the kids.We are pencilled out of his busy l
