Marriage is about honesty and communication (and love)

So sit him down and talk to him. Dont be to critical - just explain the problem (disturbing your sleep)

and for the overweight thing - encourage him to exercise with you (flirt with him about getting maybe more than one workout - wink wink) and you both eat the same thing at home for meals....dont make too much food so that there are left overs - and distract him from going to the kitchen - keep him busy doing important stuff that needs doing.

OOH just a tip - DO NOT DEPRIVE YOURSELF/HIM - after an exercise session or a week of good eating/exercising reward yourself by having your favourite dessert, drink or going out to the beach etc.

Consider telling him if he doesn't stop his evenbing raids on the fridge then you will have to sleep in seperate beds because he keeps waking you up this may stop him dead in his tracks but if it doesn't make it so for a few nights anyways once he sees that he gets better sleep when next to you he will put off the fridge raids just to come back to your side. Just a thought but you decide. God Bless and Good Luck.

TELL HIM THE TRUTH, it' the only way either that or your letting him hurt himself. he should try to control that weight before it gets out of control and you should get more sleep. its not fair that he hurtin himself and you.it's one thing to hurt himslef but when he does it to soemone else something has to be done. sorry but he has to hear it from you. your his wife, if you cant do it no one can. of course he's going to get upset because he knows what he's doing and he's ashamed that why he get upset when your saying it out loud. truth hurts yes it true but it also can heal and help someone open ther eyes. so honey either you help your husband mange his weight so you can sleep at night or you can ignore it let him eat himself to death or get even fattier and die of a heart problem or diease of being fat.it out there and trust me theres alot of dangerous dieases out there of being over weigjt and its not pretty.
