The short end of the stick? Earlier on here, a girl/woman posted the following "I always like feeling smarter than a man."
It sounds pretty innocuous (for the guys, it means tame or harmless. I'll get back to this later), right? Now what if a man had posted:
"I always like feeling smarter than a woman." Sounds a lot worse, wouldn't you agree? Why is that? You can bet your bippy that if each of those two statements were posted anywhere, there's an excellent chance that the one denigrating women would get a lot more responses and more of them vicious. Why is that?
The pendulum has swung too far.
As for my little aside to the guys, such things are often laughed off. Had I addressed it to the ladies, instead, I might have been eviscerated (gals, that means taking the guts out, gutted). LOL
What was my question again?
