I´ve seen all these tough guys in Live. They are able to sing around 3 hours long without having any breaks on stage and become more and more heavier, energetic, louder and powerful. Are they Masters of Singing ?
Can the young primates such as Oasis, R. Williams, Pulp, Blue, Elastica, Echobelly, Sleeper, The Auteurs, The Boo Radleys win the competitions against these all Heavy Gentlemen ?

I agree, there's something about the heavy rock voice that blows everyone else away, and albums like "Machine head" have an operatic majesty that crappy little pop groups can't even touch
But crap vocals can be great too - just listen to Bob Dylan
