Growing up in Britain it seems that we are always told that the Special Air and Boat Service are the best in the world. What do people from other countries think, do you acknowledge this?

failed the mot this morning, suspension is away. suspension arm rubber bush on both sides at the front, and lower suspension ball joint away. aswell as some other minor points (headlights aim off etc.) garage quoted me at 480quid to fix!! going to do the work myself but need some websites with cheap parts or some places near east lothian. anyone help please??!!any mechanics or diy experts offer any advice. cant afford the mot or a new car hence the desperation!!

she brokeup with me and she still wanted to be friends and she still wants her son to call me daddy. And the child isnt mind because she was pregnant when i met her two years ago, but for xmas she said she was going to buy me something. But i had no plans of buying her nothing. She still tells me that she loves me and so do I. I still want to be with her but she broke up with me and when someone break up with u i guess they need time away or they just dont care about u anymore. So im just confused on why she still wants to buy me things and she still tells me i love u. Is there a chance that we could get back together some day, because its obvious that she must still have feeling for me because i still have feeling for her.

i just moved into a house with a laminate floor already laid. its an oak color at the moment and as yet it has no trim. I really want to change the color to a darker color like mahogany. are there any products available that can be painted on to the floor and will produce a hardwearing finish?

My life as someone said has stoped before it began.I'm 17 and i have a daughter by a 24 year old man.She got takin because of our contact with eachother.Shes 5 mouths old.I feel she dosen't know her mom.i cant even see her.iv been trying to get her back it feels like forever. blame myself who else to blame right? but i beat myself up ending it has come to mind but im a strong person.now the person i look up to and love tell the end is breaking down.saying he might die some.he has some heath problems! stress is killing him. this is the only person i have in this world. i cant give up i just can't.but iv been working so hard and getting smacked down over & over again.give up?

Ok so I have this wrinkled "dry clean only" clothing. How do you get the wrinkles out without dry cleaning? I've tried hanging it in the bathroom while I shower to let the steam smooth out the wrinkles, but that hasn't really worked. Any advice will be appreciated, thanks!
