I expect civility and honesty. One can be honest without being rude. I also expect them to be respectful of my beliefs and others. They don't have to agree with them, but just accept that other people's beliefs may be different from theirs. Also, I try to treat others like I want to be treated, so I guess I'd expect that as well.

I have no expectations regarding anyone..for I myself am striving for perfection..
To me that would be looking at others, to own up to my own expectations and I am not in authority to Judge or Condemn any one..

Disrespect for silly reasons. Cruelty. Violence based on really stupid reasons (beating the hell out of someone because they took your gum).
I can't have respect for someone who shows no respect for other people. I really can't stand it when someone treats another or an entire group just because they don't like the group's actions, such as Extremists attacking Homosexuals just because they are Homosexuals. And then for them to try to justify such actions by hiding behind their religion... that really sets me off.

I guess I don't have any and taught myself to be this way. This is a sort of Buddhist viewpoint too. Only expect them to be themselves, no more.
