£480 quid is a pretty good quote actually, i would consider biting the bullet and let the garage do the work, if you don't know what you are doing you will be running the risk of getting it horribly wrong and having to pay the garage double that to fix it.

go to google and put in car breakers. there should be a few sites that search loads of breakers for you. you put in what you need and if one of them has it they give you a ring.
